My name is Marina. I am 35 years old. I am a fitness trainer. For about fifteen years, I was a professional athlete — I played table tennis internationally. I am the first in the history of my home country who participated in the Olympic Games (2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing). In a sports career, as in life, everything happens, ups and downs, success and failures, laughter and tears. All my experiences are an integral part of my life that gave me invaluable tools, knowledge and skills.
10 years ago, after finishing my professional career as a tennis player, I wanted to try myself in a different sport, and I became interested in bodybuilding in the bikini fitness category. There were a lot of new things to learn, a lot of trials and tribulations, some defeats and some big victories. Now I am a fitness professional who trains both professional athletes and people who care about their health. It does not matter whether you want to lose weight, tone your muscles or gain weight, I'm here to help you. I enjoy what I do and have some great examples of how I helped others achieve their dreams of becoming fit.
In order to achieve your goals, you need not only perseverance and hard work, but also tools, without the help of which it is impossible to achieve results. I can confidently say that I can be the one to give you all the tools you need on the path to building the body of your dreams. I can share with you the knowledge that will make your path enjoyable and pleasant.

When I started working with Marina I was happy with my body and level of fitness. But I wanted to try something new because I hit a plateau, and what could be better than working with a personal trainer who will give a new prospective and give you nutrition tips? So I decided to forget all I learned in almost 15 years of going to the gym and try something new. And boy was I glad I did! My goal was to maintain weight and maybe tone down a bit. Well, tone I did! With Marina’s help, I lost 7 lbs of unwanted body weight in three weeks (down to 160 from 167 lbs) and ... saw my six-pack! After another three weeks, I saw that my shoulders grew more muscular and my chest looked bigger. All in all, it was a great experience and - hands down! - the best thing I ever did for my shape. After a short while, people (including my friends who knew me for ages) started asking me what I had changed about my life that made me look so much better. And my response would inevitably be: hired a personal trainer! I am 100% happy with that decision and would definitely recommend that to anyone who wants some real results, not just the pleasure of feeling good about themselves for showing up at the gym (even though that pleasure goes a long way, too).
